What customers say about Waterlily Asian Massage & Spa
Reviews are sharply divided. Of the five excerpts, three give 1 star and two give 5 stars. One review from 7 months ago says staff were switched at the start, that no actual massage was given, and that the therapist kept pushing an elbow into parts of the body without ever working on the legs, the reason for the visit. Another review from 7 months ago calls it the worst massage the reviewer has had and says the staff do not know how to give one. A review from 6 months ago claims the staff do not hold a real massage license and describes the visit as inappropriate. That licensing point is the reviewer's own claim.
On the positive side, one review from 3 months ago calls it a great massage and recommends the place. A review from a year ago calls it the best massage in ages, praising the pressure. The overall Google rating is 4.1 from 23 reviews, which is higher than the five excerpts alone would suggest.

It was horrible from the beginning to end. First they switch people at the beginning. And never actually ever gave massage. Just kept pushing elbow down on parts of my body. Never even massaged my legs whole reason for me coming. I will definitely not recommend this place or ever come back.
